If you would like to setup your email in an application on your computer or mobile device we recommend using the following settings:
Incoming (IMAP) Mail Server: mail.domain.com
(*Replace domain.com with your actual domain name)
Username: yourname@domain.com
(*Use your full email address as your username)
Password: yourpassword
(*Use the password you specified when creating your email account)
SSL: On
Port: 993
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: mail.domain.com
(*Replace domain.com with your actual domain name)
Username: yourname@domain.com
(*Use your full email address as your username)
Password: yourpassword
(*Use the password you specified when creating your email account)
SSL: On
Port: 465
SMTP password authentication is required and you must login with your username and password to send mail.
As the steps to setup your email differs depending on the application and version you are using, we recommend consulting your email application's documentation for further instruction on where to enter these settings.
Please note that you can always use Webmail to access your email if you are having difficulty configuring your email application.
